Shipping charges?

Whilst we charge for shipping, we endeavour to pass on minimal coast to you. Our purchasing policy for these services is not only based on being able to negotiate great rates for you to choose from but also on value for money when cost and service is taken into account.

Over our many years of delivering great product to customers we have found that in the same way cheap ingredients are not always best value for money the same is true for services, sometimes quality cost a little more but is often better value in the long run.

All shipping detail and options can be found below in the ‘Shipping Information’. You must select the correct shipping option for your location. e.g. Northern Ireland

The best and most cost effective delivery option for you will be selected, read our couriers profiles. At this point UK main land UK customers will be able to select parcel force if they feel this service suits their needs.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Our aim is to pack all orders with in 24hours and dispatch in the next available collection. Generally all main land UK deliveries are made next day and European deliveries in around 48hrs (depending on zone). If your order consists of any perishable goods the whole order will be sent on the next appropriate service. If you have ordered perishable goods or they are any part of your order please read, perishable goods.

Do you offer a Saturday delivery?

Our courier partners currently only deliver Monday to Friday, there is often a Saturday option but most people find the surcharge to excessive.

What happens if nobody is around to sign for my order?

You have the option to give additional delivery instructions such as;
• Leave parcel with neighbour
• Deliver to alternative address (work)
• Put parcel in porch (un-signed for parcels left at your risk)
The couriers we use make every effort to deliver your parcel as per your instructions, and are aware that some items are perishable.

If no one is present at your address and no alternative instruction has been given, the courier will attempt any of the following:

• They will usually leave a card to inform you of the action taken. Return the parcel to the courier depot to attempt a further delivery the following day.
If you do not want anybody to sign for your order on your behalf, please state this on the special instructions in the order process. If the couriers feel they have made every effort to deliver your parcel within the two attempts, the parcel will then be returned to us  to arrange another delivery which will be subject to a reshipping fee.
• You will have received email notification that your parcel has been sent and also one from the courier stating that the parcel is on the vehicle for delivery that day, depending on the service you have selected this may also include a timed delivery slot i.e. 10:45 – 11:45. If you do not receive the parcel it is your responsibility to contact the courier company that day and either arrange for re-delivery or to collect the parcel. You must contact us with in 24hours if you have any problems with the service.

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver to most countries in the EU and many international destinations. For the full list of countries, please view our Shipping Zones.

Why should I pay a reshipping fee?

This is to cover additional delivery charges and handling fees. As the shipment  has been returned after the courier has attempted to make the delivery  as per your instruction on two occasions.

Perishable goods:

Perishable goods are only shipped on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only with in the UK and only Monday and Tuesday to other locations. Orders placed after midday Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday in the UK. It is you responsibility to have made the correct selection in delivery options to ensure successful delivery and to track delivery with local courier office. If you have an unsatisfactory experience with the carrier please ensure you contact us on the day the goods were due for delivery.

Our delivery system is tried and testing and we know that all products are good for at least 48hr delivery, even when overnight temperatures exceed 25 degrees. Anyone ordering where the delivery time exceeds this period does so at their own risk.

Courier Profile:

Interlink / DPD - domestic and international
DPD is one of the fastest growing courier services in the UK, and well known across Europe. Please track your order at www.interlinkexpress.co.uk.

•A tracking code will be supplied with your shipping confirmation email, sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment at www.interlinkexpress.co.uk
•Your order will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch from our warehouse in the UK, see zone information for European delivery times,
•A signature is required on delivery
•A calling card will be left for each attempted delivery
•If there is no one available to sign for your shipment, a second delivery attempt will be made on the following working day
•Your delivery can be left at a neighbour’s house if you so request
•After two failed delivery attempts, you will have 2 working days to contact Interlink.
•A 1 hour delivery window is indicated but not guaranteed. You should ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery plenty of time either side of time. Please keep in contact with local depot.

UPS - Domestic and  International

UPS are a truly international operation and offer many advantages for delivery to some lesser covered regions. This is how we offer a competitive delivery charge with hardly any surcharges.

•Your order will be delivered within 24 hours  of dispatch from our warehouse  in the UK, see zone information for European delivery times,
•A signature is required on delivery
•A calling card will be left for each attempted delivery
•If there is no one available to sign for your shipment, a second delivery attempt will be made on the following working day
•After two failed delivery attempts, you will have 2 working days to contact UPS using the number on the calling card to arrange a final attempted re-delivery date

PARCELFORCE  (UK only)
Parcelforce is partner company of Royal Mail and is a well known and trusted brand in the UK. For up to date delivery information please track your order at www.parcelforce.com.

•A tracking code will be supplied with your shipping confirmation email, sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment at www.parcelforce.com
•Your order will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch from our warehouse
•A signature is required on delivery
•A calling card will be left for each attempted delivery with a local contact number for you to call
•If there is no one available to sign for your shipment, a second delivery attempt will be made on the following working day
•After two failed delivery attempts, you will have 2 working days to contact Parcelforce using the number on the calling card to arrange a final attempted re-delivery date
•Your delivery can be left at a neighbour’s house if you so request
•After two attempted deliveries your shipment will be held at the local Parcelforce depot for five days

Main advantage
•Your delivery can be collected from your local post office if you are not at home at the time of delivery

Disadvantage
•‘Special Instructions’ selected at the payment stage are not guaranteed, and in some cases may not be fulfilled.

Telephone orders:

We accept orders over the phone from customers who do not have access to the Internet. However, due to the manual processes involved in taking telephone orders, the following should be :

•email confirmation can be sent to a email address if specified and appropriate
•SMS notification can be arrange, charges apply

It is still the customer’s responsibility to track the order on the expected day under the terms of delivery.

Order in advance
Try order in time to avoid disappointment, we always advise to place your order a week or so before you are due to run out! In this way you can be sure your required products reach you in time. We offer these products as we use them for our own sports and health requirements and know the importance of consistent nutritional regimes.

Ensuring Delivery
Take some time when completing your shipping details to ensure that everything is completed accurately.

Consider these points:
•Choose a delivery address where the goods can be signed for, eg.  work address / relative
•Utilise the tracking information, if provided with your chosen courier, to keep up to date with the progress of your shipment.
•We prefer shipping options where a signature is required upon receipt of goods. If your delivery instructions specify for goods to be left with out a signature, for example ‘if out leave in porch’. This is at your own risk.

Other points
•If no signature or alternative delivery instructions are available upon delivery, the courier is instructed to leave a card stating that a delivery was attempted.
You can then arrange re-delivery or collection online or phone with the chosen courier
(if you have any issues you must inform us in 24hr of your expected delivery time)
•If shipping to your place of work,  ensure the first point of contact (e.g. receptionist) is informed in advance. Any shipments that are refused at time of delivery will be immediately returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery charge of £5.00 can then apply.
•Delivery instructions cannot be guaranteed as it is entirely up to the driver’s discretion therefore we cannot be held responsible for delivery instructions not been followed.
•Any issues must be reported to us via phone or email, with in 24 hrs of the specified delivery day.
•We reserve the right to choose these carrier that we feel offers  the best and fastest service for your location.
•If some of your ordered items are out of stock, the delivery of the out of stock items will be via the best method.
•Please avoid using PO Boxes when placing an order, with the exception of Cyprus, if in doubt contact us to clarify.
